PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST- URGENT REQUIREMENT

Fixed-term maternity leave cover with the possibility for a permanent position thereafter.

Your new company

A well established and successful family-run business based in Altrincham, who pride themselves on the loyalty of their customers and employees.

Your new role

Working within a smaller finance team this position offers a varied set of daily transactional duties from; accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.

Working within the team you will also support your colleagues by undertaking a variety of office based administrative duties including the answering telephone calls and greeting visitors to the business.

Please note this position is for maternity cover initially for 12 months.

Person specification

• Educated to GCSE level – must have GCSE Maths at Grade C level or above.
• A strong office skill set coming either from an administration/customer service background with some invoicing experience or be already established in an accounts position. Experience of Sage software is desirable.
• Computer literate, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel.

Hours and days of work
24 HOURS PER WEEK
